Order of Runeberg: The Order of Runeberg was founded in 1920 by Swedish-speaking Finnish-Americans, of whom about 70,000 were estimated to have arrived in America between 1880 and 1930. Johan Ludwig Runeberg was a well-known Swedish-speaking Finnish poet who, among other things, wrote the lyrics to the Finnish national anthem. The local chapter is Lodge # 104.
